Job Description
We are seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to provide exceptional care by ensuring timely and accurate appointment scheduling, ensuring patients are well-informed about their visit times, and any needed documentation for their appointments. The successful candidate will also provide prompt responses to patient inquiries and concerns, ensure smooth patient registration, and collaborate with Patient Experience teams to improve patient care practices.
Requirements
- High school degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
