We are seeking a Case Manager to work in our Critical Illness Recovery Hospital in Pensacola, FL. The Case Manager will be responsible for utilization reviews, discharge planning, treatment plan management, and financial management, as well as completing medical record documentation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in critical care and acute care settings, as well as experience in case management and discharge planning.
