Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled outpatient physical therapist to perform physical therapy in the home setting in the North Texas area.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations
