Job Description
Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled outpatient physical therapist to perform OUTPATIENT physical therapy in the home setting in the Fort Worth area.
Requirements
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations
- Prior outpatient and/or home health experience is preferred
