Senior Director, Quality Engineering

The Senior Director, Quality Engineering will lead cross-functional quality engineering initiatives to drive best-in-class quality standards for high-volume semiconductor products.

Requirements

• Develop and execute comprehensive quality strategy aligned with business objectives
• Define and manage cross-functional quality engineering approach
• Represent Quality across the Senior Leadership Team
• Manage a technical team across multiple site locations
• Develop high-performing technical teams through coaching, mentoring, and career development programs
• Actively participate and drive continual improvement practices across the new product introduction development process
• Manage Product Quality initiatives among Design, Marketing, Product & Test Engineering Organizations
