Senior Staff Engineer, Packaging

We are looking for a motivated PCB Design Engineer to join our R&D hardware design team. The successful candidate will contribute by delivering innovative high-speed board design and assembly for the purpose of performance measurement of semi-conductor products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's program in Engineering or Physics or another discipline relevant to this position
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little supervision
• Organized and highly adaptable – enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to communicate and work well with other team members
• High degree of creativity, determination, and innovation
• RF, Analog, and digital circuit understanding
• Cadence APD and Allegro advanced knowledge
• High-speed modeling tools such as HFSS
• Lab test and measurement, debugging, optimizing hardware using sophisticated lab equipment such as VNAs and high-speed scopes and probe stations
• Familiar with a variety of PCBA technologies, including Chip On Board, wirebond, flip chip, optical-electronic devices and high-speed connectors
• Familiar with microcontrollers and FPGA
• Experience with troubleshooting PCBs and systems
