Job Description
As a Customer Support Consultant at Sendcloud, you'll help B2B e-commerce customers navigate challenges, from software questions to shipping logistics and financial matters. You'll interact with customers across multiple channels and empower them to make confident decisions on their own.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English and French, in speaking and writing
- Previous CS experience is a bonus
- Great communication skills
- Ability to learn and grow from mistakes
- Positive and energetic attitude
