Customer Support Consultant at Sendcloud, helping B2B e-commerce customers navigate various challenges and deliver world-class customer experiences.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and a second language (Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, or German)
- Previous CS experience is a bonus, but we care more about curiosity and mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn, take ownership of mistakes, and grow from them
- Positive attitude, energy, and ability to think on your feet
