Junior Customer Success Manager - BNL

We are seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Growth team. As a trusted advisor to customers, you will guide them to unlock their full potential and drive revenue and customer engagement. You will leverage customer data and trends to identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and develop personalized approaches to drive revenue and customer engagement.

• Oversee and take ownership of the renewal process, driving high retention rates
