sennder is Europe's Leading Digital Freight Forwarder. We are a growing team looking for a Senior Key Account Manager, Supervisor in the Sales department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success roles, preferably in logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or transportation industries
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing account teams
- Proven success in managing enterprise relationships and engaging with executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of account level P&L dynamics and business drivers
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and a structured approach to customer development
- Fluency in English is required
