Job Description
Sensible Care is hiring an Information Technology Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support to employees and clients, with a focus on internally built Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. The role involves installation, maintenance, repair, upgrade, and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM preferred
- Helpdesk/MSP experience, CompTIA A+/Network+ or healthcare administration experience considered
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical support to users with varying levels of technical expertise
- Experience with various operating systems, software and hardware, including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
