Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing BDR/SDR Lead to lead and scale the Business Development team across the APAC region. The role involves pipeline generation, outbound sales strategy, and identifying early-stage opportunities. This is a hybrid position based in either Singapore or Beijing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BDR/SDR, Inside Sales, or Sales Development
- 3+ years of experience in a management or team lead role
- Proven success building and scaling outbound sales teams
- Strong understanding of APAC markets and cultural nuances in sales outreach
- Data-driven approach with deep knowledge of sales tools and automation platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage
