Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead and scale the Business Development team across the APAC region. The role involves pipeline generation, outbound sales strategy, and early-stage opportunity development. This position requires a player-coach with strong outbound sales experience, leading a growing team and mentoring junior talent. The candidate will directly contribute to revenue growth and align closely with Marketing and Account Executives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BDR/SDR, Inside Sales, or Sales Development roles
- 3+ years in a management or team lead role
- Proven success building and scaling outbound sales teams
- Strong understanding of APAC markets and cultural nuances
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
