Job Description
Sentient is seeking a Director of Institutional Partnerships & Capital Markets to lead the adoption and capital markets initiatives of AI, blockchain, and traditional finance. This is a senior leadership role focused on bridging institutional capital, regulated markets, and frontier technologies, with a focus on funding, product development, and infrastructure building. The candidate should possess a strong TradFi background combined with a crypto-native outlook.
Requirements
- 7+ years in capital markets or investment banking with senior leadership exposure.
- Proven track record in raising institutional capital and structuring innovative financial products.
- Network across financial institutions, allocators, market makers, and regulatory circles.
- Understanding of trading systems, market structure, and regulatory frameworks.
- Crypto-native mindset and demonstrated experience bridging TradFi with blockchain.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
