Job Description
Token Metrics is seeking a seasoned Capital Markets Director to lead the company's transition to public markets. This role focuses on securing institutional partnerships, managing public listing pathways, and building strategic relationships within the ETF and ETP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in public market transactions and be capable of creating investor-ready frameworks.
Requirements
- Capital Markets Expertise (Equity capital markets, ETFs/ETPs, disclosure frameworks)
- 4+ years in crypto with hands-on involvement in public-company or capital-formation processes
- Track record with sponsors/administrators or successful completion of RTOs, PIPEs, or follow-on offerings
- Institutional network and strong documentation practices
- Able to obtain outside-activity approval and sign conflicts/confidentiality letters
