Cisco Collaboration Engineer

Sentinel is seeking a Cisco Collaboration Engineer to support one of our clients in downtown Chicago. This role focuses on configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Cisco collaboration technologies to ensure reliable, high-quality communication and collaboration experiences for end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Cisco certifications such as CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or CCIE Collaboration preferred
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco collaboration solutions in enterprise environments
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco collaboration products and technologies including CUCM, Unity Connection, Webex Teams, Webex Meetings, Expressway, etc.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, H.323, VLANs, QoS, etc.)
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
• Must have a car for travel and equipment transportation
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
