Wireless Engineer

As a Wireless Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting customers' LAN and Wireless infrastructure, working closely with the support team and customers to ensure problem resolution. The role may involve oversight of a staging/configuration team and requires travel throughout the Chicagoland area.

Requirements

• CCNA preferred
• 1+ years' experience with network integration or network support
• Experience with wireless surveys preferred
• Experience with Cisco wireless controllers
• AirMagnet survey or Mobility Service Engine (MSE) experience nice to have
• Excellence in documentation and communication is critical
