SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to build and execute marketing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline growth for the Observo AI platform. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in B2B demand generation, experience marketing to technical security audiences, and a proven track record of building programs from the ground up that drive measurable pipeline impact.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation and pipeline creation
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly Marketo
- Proficiency with demand generation tools including Apollo, RollWorks or DemandBase, Gong, Outreach.io, CommonRoom, On24 or Goldcast (preferred) and Salesforce
- Proven track record of building and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend across channels
- Strong analytical skills with ability to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience marketing to technical audiences, particularly in cybersecurity, security operations, or enterprise software
- Previous experience selling to or marketing to CISOs, IT leaders, and technical decision makers
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Background in B2B SaaS companies, especially in the security or observability space preferred
- Experience working with external agencies and vendor management
