Serenity is hiring Customer Care Specialists to guide individuals through a structured service program designed to support personal progress and well-being. As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, reliable presence that individuals interact with throughout their program experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and open to feedback
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background check and drug screening required
