Customer Care Specialist

Serenity Healthcare is hiring TMS Technicians to provide compassionate support to patients undergoing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment. The role involves one-on-one patient support, equipment operation, and creating a supportive environment. No medical experience is needed, as comprehensive training and certification will be provided.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• High level of empathy, patience, and emotional resilience
• Punctual, dependable, and open to feedback
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background check and drug screening required
