Job Description
Serenity Healthcare is hiring TMS Technicians to support patients undergoing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment for depression and other mental health conditions. The role involves providing compassionate support, operating TMS equipment, encouraging patient engagement, and maintaining accurate records. No medical experience is required, as comprehensive training and national certification are provided.
Requirements
- Deliver one-on-one support during patient treatment sessions
- Operate and monitor TMS equipment (training provided)
- Encourage patients using positive tools like journaling, goal-setting, and mindfulness
- Maintain accurate session records and communicate with medical staff
- Create a warm, supportive environment for every patient
