Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to guide individuals through a structured service program and provide a supportive experience. No specialized experience is required, and we provide comprehensive paid training and certification.
Requirements
- Provide one-on-one support during scheduled service sessions
- Operate specialized program equipment and tools (training provided)
- Keep accurate records of session progress and communicate updates with team members
- Create a welcoming, calm environment for every individual you work with
