Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of both healthcare roles (business, marketing, operations, and clinical roles) and the importance of cultural fit within organizations.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR-related tools/software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while remaining organized and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in utilizing social media and other digital platforms for talent acquisition.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.
- Availability to work standard business hours, with flexibility as needed for candidate interviews.
