Corporate Recruiter - Healthcare

Serenity AG is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the healthcare sector, and be passionate about connecting qualified candidates with impactful roles that contribute to their mission of providing exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of both healthcare roles (business, marketing, operations, and clinical roles) and the importance of cultural fit within organizations.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR-related tools/software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while remaining organized and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in utilizing social media and other digital platforms for talent acquisition.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.
• Availability to work standard business hours, with flexibility as needed for candidate interviews.
