Financial Client Service Associate

We are seeking a Financial Client Service Associate to support investment operations, client service, and account administration. This role is a key member of the investment team and is responsible for ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.

Requirements

• Oversee day-to-day investment operations, including account administration, trading support, and transaction processing.
• Manage client onboarding, including account openings, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships and provide timely, high-touch service.
• Coordinate money movement, transfers, and account servicing requests with accuracy and care.
• Prepare proposals, reporting packages, and meeting materials for client presentations.
• Collaborate across advisory and operations teams to improve workflows and elevate the overall service experience.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Track and manage operational tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
