Job Description
As a Client Director at ServiceNow, you will produce new business with large existing accounts, oversee executive relationship management, and lead virtual teams to support clients. You will provide strategic leadership and partnership to clients, develop ServiceNow solutions based on each customer's strategic outcomes, and achieve financial targets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client management
- 5+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, or IT Operations Management
- Experience exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading a virtual or matrixed team
- Understanding of broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client
- Travel up to 50%
