Your tasks include keeping the HR day-to-day running, preparing the payroll, managing document management systems, and more. You will work with modern HR tools and develop genuine HR expertise. You will be part of a dynamic software company with a flat hierarchy and a helpful team.

Requirements

• Have already gained some work experience in structured environments
• Be enrolled at a German university (business administration, psychology, law, etc.)
• Communicate clearly and precisely, both in writing and verbally
• Work structured and reliably
• Want to understand how HR works in practice
