We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Service Desk team, providing telephone support to Airport and Airline customers, allocating work to engineers, and assisting with internal IT issues.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Entry-level
- IT literacy is essential (Google, Windows & Microsoft Office)
- Ideal candidate will have experience within a customer service, administrative, retail or call centre environment
