Principal Software Engineer

We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer to lead all technical aspects of an engineering team at ServiceTitan. You'll design, implement, and improve critical systems and components powering our stack, and drive architectural and strategic decisions. You'll also mentor and guide engineers across the team.

Requirements

• 20+ years of industry experience
• 10-15+ years of experience on senior engineering roles
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft.NET technology stack
• HTML5 and JavaScript experience
• Experience with large scale 3rd party integrations
• Basic Microsoft Windows administration skills
• Performance / reliability monitoring tools experience
• Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, Visual Studio, JIRA experience
• Continuous integration and continuous delivery methodologies and tools experience
• Administration and building automation for Azure, AWS or other public cloud technology
• Ability to empathize with users and champion for their experience
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• B.S., M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or a related technical field
