Job Description
We're looking for an Office Manager who is equal parts operational powerhouse, project manager, and culture champion. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day rhythm of our New York office—ensuring the team has what they need, systems run smoothly, and problems get solved before they even become problems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in office management, operations, project coordination, or similar roles supporting a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, solve problems, and navigate shifting priorities
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and a high personal bar for quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust, rapport, and strong working relationships across the organization
- Known for taking initiative—anticipating needs, resolving issues early, and making things happen without being asked
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and standard office/operations tools
