Design Manager

Join Severn Trent’s Design Team as a Design Manager to lead an integrated team of design staff and develop engineering solutions for Waste Networks projects. This role will primarily focus on designing storm water overflow schemes and managing a team of design professionals.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in a related discipline
• Experience leading design projects in a wastewater or surface water management programme
• Principal Designer Representative experience with accountability for discharging duties in accordance with CDM regulations
• Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people
• Forward-thinking innovator with ability to anticipate challenges and respond to change
• Good grasp of the bigger picture with ability to make educated judgments and decisions in the face of ambiguity
