Senior Design Manager

Requirements

• Degree qualified (desirable) in a related discipline
• Experience leading design projects, ideally within waste networks
• Experience of carrying out the role of Principal Designer representative with accountability for discharging Principal Designer duties in accordance with CDM regulations
• Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people
• Forward-thinking innovator, capable of anticipating challenges and responding to change in a rapidly evolving environment
• Ability to make educated judgments and decisions in the face of ambiguity
