Requirements
- Degree qualified (desirable) in a related discipline
- Experience leading design projects, ideally within waste networks
- Experience of carrying out the role of Principal Designer representative with accountability for discharging Principal Designer duties in accordance with CDM regulations
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people
- Forward-thinking innovator, capable of anticipating challenges and responding to change in a rapidly evolving environment
- Ability to make educated judgments and decisions in the face of ambiguity
