Job Description
The South Florida Water Management District is seeking an Attorney with practice experience in Environmental Law and permitting. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience or demonstrated interest in environmental and water law, particularly as it relates to permitting, regulatory compliance, and administrative law in Florida.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- 2+ years’ exposure to Environmental Resource Permitting (ERP) concepts under Chapter 373, Florida Statutes
- Active member of the Florida Bar
- Valid State of Florida Driver's License
