Job Description
The South Florida Water Management District is seeking an Attorney with experience in Environmental Law and permitting to join its Office of Counsel. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in environmental and water law, particularly in Florida.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- 2+ years' exposure to Environmental Resource Permitting (ERP) concepts under Chapter 373, Florida Statutes
- Active member of the Florida Bar
- Valid State of Florida Driver's License
