Job Description
Shao Group is seeking a Fractional CTO to lead the technical vision and strategy for their AI and no-code solutions. This part-time role focuses on guiding engineering teams and shaping the company's technology landscape. The CTO will define and oversee the technical roadmap, lead integration of AI/no-code tools, and ensure secure, scalable systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, particularly in startup or high-growth environments.
- Proven expertise in AI technologies and their application in business solutions.
- Strong experience with no-code/low-code platforms (Dify, Bubble, Webflow, etc.).
- Experience developing tech strategy, architecture, and implementation plans.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and product lifecycles.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Experience working in healthtech or related fields (a plus).
