Tech Solutions Architect

We are a rapidly growing software and healthtech group seeking a Tech Solutions Architect / Tech Lead to design and lead the development of robust digital platforms. The role involves bridging the gap between business, product, and technology, making architectural decisions and guiding teams. The ideal candidate is a technically strong, code-focused individual passionate about using no-code/low-code tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Senior Full-Stack Engineer
• Strong architectural instincts
• Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products/platforms
• Strong understanding of API design, integrations (REST, GraphQL), and data architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools like Dify, Webflow, Xano, Glide, Airtable, or Zapier
• Ability to design system flows and workflows across different tools and services
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication
