Job Description
We are seeking a Tech Solutions Architect / Tech Lead to design and lead the development of robust digital platforms for a rapidly growing software and healthtech group. The role involves architectural decisions, guiding implementation, and mentoring cross-functional teams, with a focus on AI, no-code/low-code tools, and impactful solutions at scale. The position is ideal for a technically strong individual passionate about using code and no-code tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Senior Full-Stack Engineer
- Strong architectural instincts
- Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products/platforms
- Strong understanding of API design, integrations (REST, GraphQL)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools like Dify, Webflow, Xano, Glide, Airtable, or Zapier
- Ability to design system flows and workflows across different tools and services
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication
- Flexible, pragmatic mindset
