Tech Solutions Architect

We are a rapidly growing software and healthtech group building scalable platforms. The Tech Solutions Architect/Tech Lead will design and lead the development of robust digital platforms, working at the intersection of business, product, and technology. This role involves architecting systems, evaluating feasibility, and mentoring teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Senior Full-Stack Engineer
• Strong architectural instincts: able to design systems with clarity, scalability, and maintainability
• Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products/platforms
• Strong understanding of API design, integrations (REST, GraphQL), and data architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools like Dify, Webflow, Xano, Glide, Airtable, or Zapier
• Ability to design system flows and workflows across different tools and services
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience leading technical teams
• Excellent communication skills
