Tech Solutions Architect

We're a rapidly growing software and healthtech group building scalable platforms for AI, digital health, and no-code systems. The Tech Solutions Architect/Lead will design and lead the development of robust digital platforms, focusing on architectural decisions, implementation, and team mentorship. The role requires a technically strong individual passionate about using code and no-code tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Senior Full-Stack Engineer
• Strong architectural instincts
• Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products/platforms
• Strong understanding of API design, integrations (REST, GraphQL), and data architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (Dify, Webflow, Xano, Glide, Airtable, or Zapier)
• Ability to design system flows and workflows
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable leading and mentoring small technical teams
