Tech Solutions Architect

This role is for a Tech Solutions Architect/Lead to design and lead the development of scalable digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a technically strong individual passionate about using code and no-code tools, and will have a strategic approach to designing and scaling complex technical solutions. This position involves collaborating with product, design, and business teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Requirements

• Architect scalable and modular systems using a blend of traditional coding, no-code platforms, and third-party SaaS integrations.
• Evaluate technical feasibility of product features and propose appropriate tech stacks.
• Lead the technical discovery phase, define architecture, and translate product requirements into system design.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and business analysts.
• Own and document architecture decisions, integration diagrams, and tech workflows.
• Manage and guide development teams.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance across all systems and processes.
• Stay current with trends in AI, automation, cloud services, and no-code tooling.
