Tech Solutions Architect

This role involves designing and leading the development of robust digital platforms within a rapidly growing software and healthtech group. The Tech Solutions Architect will work at the intersection of business, product, and technology, leading architectural decisions, mentoring teams, and ensuring security, scalability, and performance. The ideal candidate will be a technical strong-hold with a passion for coding and no-code tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Senior Full-Stack Engineer
• Strong architectural instincts
• Experience designing end-to-end digital products/platforms
• Strong understanding of API design, integrations, and data architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools like Dify, Webflow, Xano, Glide, Airtable, or Zapier
• Ability to design system flows and workflows across different tools and services
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication
• Comfortable leading and mentoring small technical teams
