Job Description
We are seeking a Tech Solutions Architect/Lead to design and lead the development of scalable digital platforms. This role involves architectural decisions, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is technically strong and passionate about using code and no-code tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Senior Full-Stack Engineer
- Strong architectural instincts
- Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products/platforms
- Strong understanding of API design, integrations (REST, GraphQL), and data architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools like Dify, Webflow, Xano, Glide, Airtable, or Zapier
- Ability to design system flows and workflows across different tools and services
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible, pragmatic mindset
- Comfortable leading and mentoring small technical teams
