Tech Solutions Architect

This is a full-time Tech Solutions Architect/Tech Lead role within a rapidly growing software and healthtech group. The role involves designing, leading, and scaling technical solutions for a range of digital platforms, focusing on building scalable systems and integrating APIs and no-code tools. The ideal candidate is technically strong, passionate about coding, and able to lead diverse teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Senior Full-Stack Engineer
• Strong architectural instincts
• Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products/platforms
• Strong understanding of API design, integrations (REST, GraphQL), and data architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools like Dify, Webflow, Xano, Glide, Airtable, or Zapier
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication
• Flexible, pragmatic mindset
