Tech Solutions Architect

This role is seeking a Tech Solutions Architect to design and lead the development of scalable digital platforms. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of business, product, and technology, leading implementation, mentoring teams, and ensuring systems are robust, scalable, and secure. This is a remote position within a rapidly growing software and healthtech group.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Senior Full-Stack Engineer
• Strong architectural instincts
• Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products/platforms
• Strong understanding of API design, integrations, and data architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools like Dify, Webflow, Xano, Glide, Airtable, or Zapier
• Ability to design system flows and workflows across different tools and services
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication
• Flexible, pragmatic mindset
