Job Description
Shakudo is building the world’s first operating system for data and AI. They are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Manager with a strong focus on data and AI to manage and drive complex projects that deliver transformative solutions for their clients. The manager will lead and mentor a team, define project scope, and ensure the successful delivery of AI-driven projects while collaborating with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
- 5+ years hard core software development
- Experience with: Kubernetes, distributed computing, infrastructure as code
- Bias for action and ownership mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience managing software engineering teams in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with product management
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Passion for technology and a strong desire to create impactful solutions
