Apex at Seven Bartender

The Apex at Seven Bartender is responsible for ensuring compliance with daily operational procedures, maintaining food and beverage safety and quality, and responding to guest-related issues. Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing and serving beverages and light meals, and maintaining stock and cleanliness of the outlet.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field
• Minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages
• High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred
• ServSafe and/or food safety training a plus
• Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS)
• Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls
• Ability to accurately compute basic mathematical calculations
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele
