We are seeking a Line Cook to join our team at the Seven Sebring Raceway Hotel. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a line cook, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong attention to detail and creativity.

Requirements

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
