Requirements
- Commercial training or comparable qualification
- First experience in customer service, support or call center
- Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor
- High service and customer orientation
- Secure handling of common Office applications
- Independent and structured working method
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (further languages are an advantage)
