We are looking for a Service Desk Employee to join our team at Facility Management Schleswig-Holstein GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing requests, preparing and maintaining schedules, and ensuring timely completion of repair and maintenance work.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally with technical background
• Work experience in the field of disruption/orders, with orientation towards plant technology, disposition, and customer-oriented service
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and common communication media
