Contract Market Monitoring Manager

The Contract Market Monitoring Manager role is responsible for directly managing a team that delivers market monitoring, contract monitoring, and contract management functions. The role involves gathering and monitoring Key Performance Indicators, managing provider relationships, and working closely with teams across the County Council.

• Confident working with providers, senior commissioners, procurement and operational colleagues
• Relevant technical and contract knowledge and experience
• Managing contract performance, supporting operational teams with safeguarding enquiries, and managing contracts through to termination
