Principal Planning Obligations Officer

We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join Hampshire County Council’s new Spatial Strategy & Insights (S106) Team. As a Principal Planning Obligations Officer, you’ll play a key role in managing and monitoring planning obligations secured through Section 106 legal agreements between the County Council and housing developers.
